This is probably only my second ever bad review. Normally, we have a good experience with this location. Tonight’s dinner was far from it. We saw the new $20 fill-up box and thought we try it out. We only got 10, not 12 of their new nuggets. They were cold, dry, salty, and tiny in size. The four pieces of chicken were also cold, dry, and stale. The secret recipe fries like the rest were cold and stale. You can probably guess how the biscuits were. My daughter also ordered a famous bowl with no cheese. Only to find out they put cheese on it anyway. They were far from being too busy to serve what they knew was not up to KFC standards.

not busy at all, and they still can’t get the order right. the food here is stale, greasy, the fried bread, aka tenders are almost inedible. did an online order, and after driving quite a distance, found it was incomplete. staff don’t care. KFC corporate online ignores messages. never again

KFC is one of those restaurants that greatly depends on the employees to determine the end quality of the product, and I’ve never been to a KFC that is reliable at giving you a great product every time.

Love living in Yukon but this KFC is the worst. One time I went and I think the employees forgot they were working. Told myself I would never go back but I was craving kfc. 1 year later I ordered a #2 original with sides of Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes. Response was original or crispy and what 2 sides? I’ll go to another town for kfc. It’s just not worth the 2% effort they give.

Paid 30 dollars for hard buns. Didn’t get the ketchup and ranch i asked for. The fries were fresh but the hard bun on my sandwich was upsetting. Wont be back. Overpriced and not great.

The chicken was good, but when you order a 8 piece and 1 side of mashed potatoes and the 2nd side of gravy, you would expect to get more that 2 servings of potatoes. The side of cold slaw was only 1 serving. Really disapointed.

Dawson! Someone pat this nice guy on the back. Him and his other associates were working hard the night before thanksgiving and he was even training a new associate. Still had it in him to be nice enough to me, the last and LATE customer, by adding a personal cake in my bag for my wait. Very nice and made my night. I saw your hard work and kindness Dawson!
