I was only car in drive thru, and just a couple of folks inside already eating. Service was slow. Decided to try the new chicken strips. They were very dry & chewy, had probably been sitting under warmer for awhile. BTW they do not taste like the normal KFC seasoning is on them.

The bread of the sandwich was so hard that I could crack it in half. There’s no way the person making it didn’t realize it which is it what makes it so bad. I keep giving this location a chance but I’m done. It’s obvious the owners, managers, and employees could care less about what they’re serving. Just close it down already.

Very disappointed. After standing at counter for about 10 minutes with a workers just walking around talking, they finally told us to go to other end of counter to order very rudely. Then didn’t tell us when order was ready. I just happened to walk up and ask. Young people that need an adult to supervise them because they certainly don’t know how to run a business. Extremely dissatisfied at the level of customer service we received. We ended up with someone else’s order; we live about 20 minutes away from the store, we’ve tried calling multiple times and cannot even get anyone to answer the phone, just keep getting hung up on.
