Went thru drive thru they said it be 3 minute wait on fries so they pulled me up waited 20 mins for my stuff and then they forgot to bring all my stuff out had to wait longer food was old the fries I was waiting on were trash total was of time and money prob won’t be going back nuggets we’re cold chicken was old as heck just really bad experience isn’t my first bad ethers tho so wasn’t surprising don’t recommed to anyone to go there and waste your time or your hard earned money

Black manager was rude as hell. The girl in drive thru had no respect for customers was yelling at the customers in drive thru. The only saving grace about this place was the front counter lady. She was very respectful. She said if I needed anything to let her know. I think her name was Brook. She even carried our food to our table and checked on us to see if we needed anything. If more people like her was working at this KFC maybe just maybe we would come back.

“The Koolaid man” ran the counter drinking energy and saying to fellow workers he’s a filler upper. Continue my took ball cap off scratching head by food never washed hands afterwards. Manager did nothing about it at all. Tables wasn’t cleaned off or wiped clean. Food on buffet looked empty n nasty. Didn’t wear gloves to handle food. 3 workers went outside n got into black car doing who knows what n then came back in red eyed. Just WOW!!! Stuff all over counter. Zoom in on photos.

We went thru the drive thru tonight, ordered a 12 piece family meal… it was gonna be a16 min wait, which was doable. 16 min turns into 25 & when we got home…. THE CHICKEN WAS STILL RAW! WORST $ SPENT & WILL NOT BE DOING THAT AGAIN!!

The food was very good. My issues with KFC is they stopped giving senior discounts, military discounts, and raised the prices on the register, but not on the posted menu. I think if the price says 6.99 for a two piece dinner, that’s what we should pay. Not the 8.49 they want to charge. It will be a long time before I go back.

The girl took our order and we sat down and waited 20 minutes and seeing workers just walking around before my husband asked why we hadn’t gotten our food. The same girl that took our order told us she didn’t know she had an order because it never came up on her computer screen the manager then asked if we wanted a refund or for them to make the food. I said we wanted the food and it ended up being dried out chicken fingers.
