They drowned mashed potatoe bowl in gravy. Give you order and walk away from window, no napkins or condiments whatsoever. Don’t tell you how much they are charging, no receipt. Overall bad attitudes and horrible customer service. Typical of the area, all fast food restaurants have the same issue.

KFC & Taco Bell are fine food chains, but there Employees are the worst, both have very rude & unprofessional attitudes & service! I only experience this with the women employees, & the place could stand to be kept more cleaner, & in the bathrooms too. I have had my last bad attitude employee there at KFC today 10/16/18, 4:30pm in the drive thru whoever she was, she was very rude and cutting off my sentences. This is a good way to run off customers & that’s what she so I took my business to another local food chain. Bosses of these food chains need to Boss up & handle your rude, ugly attitude, very poor service having employees mainly the females, cause we the customers and we are tired of paying our hard earned money for nasty food and even nastier attitudes and very poor service, so Bosses handle your business, or lose your business!

This store is extremely slow. Management is unknowledgeable. I personally think that if you have a food item that has been on the menu for years you should know what comes on it. If you don’t know, before you tell the customer the wrong information, just look it up. Or a very simple method is just Google it. Just remember while you are given bad information the customer can Google it also.

If I could give it a lower score I would. Waited at least 15-20 min. on food. Of course by the time I got to work food was wrong and bun was as hard as a brick. I was suppose to have a chicken pot pie. This was so not worth my money. Tried to call at least 10 times and no one would answer the phone.
