As soon as we got out of our vehicle, we smelled this foul smell, then realized it was coming from the store. It was pretty muggy in there as well, but we still decided to sit down and eat inside. The cashier was very polite, but they seemed busy with the drive thru, so it did take a little time. The food was fine. The floors just felt dirty and slippery underneath your feet. I wouldn’t eat inside again, but I’d still order food from this location.

I was just there about an hour ago and a woman kept insulting a woman without a hand and the woman finally got fed up and said she’s sorry she only has one hand but she can’t help it but the woman I guess came through the drive through and the girl had her glove on and only opened one side but the woman decided to pick even more by coming into the establishment and I don’t think the manager handled it the right way so I won’t be coming back. It takes some guts for a young woman to still work with only having one hand so I commend that young lady Everytime I come in there she’s so kind and is always working so hard even though she only has 1 hand. That woman knew what she was doing bc the young lady stayed quiet for some time while I kept over hearing the woman talking about her and I know the young lady heard her too. I will also let my fellow friends to not support a business that doesn’t support a disabled woman after the girl kept quiet for some time.

The building is fairly newly remodeled and in good maintenance. The buffet is always well stocked. Sometimes it doesn’t seem like fast food because there can be a lengthy wait, but the food is always fresh.

I have zero problems with KFC Blytheville, Arkansas. The drive-thru line always moves at a great pace and the drive-thru Associates are very cordial and professional. The food is fresh y’all! I really appreciate a nice fast food experience. Awesome job KFC team! Keep wearing those hair nets PLEASE!

I ordered 1 3piece crispy recipe (dark) with Mac n cheese & slaw, 1 2piece crispy recipe (white) with mashed potatoes n gravy & green beans, and 1 3piece ORIGINAL (dark) with Mac n cheese & green beans. Order of liver. Seems simple & straightforward, right? Well, apparently not! I had to repeat myself 5+ times. Then, I was told to pull up. When the lady brought out our bag, even she repeated it wrong! Then, when I asked her a question, she got snotty with me and quipped, “All your food’s here!” Got home. NO it most certainly was NOT all there. It was obvious that they’d simply given us a bucket considering the pieces we got! Had 4 sides. Should have had 6. Not an original piece in sight! Biscuits were rock solid. Liver was old. 9/26 @ 6:30PM.

I went twice because I ordered a #12 and the gave me the #11 I also wanted extra spicy mayo on my sandwich and they barely put any I asked for it on the side and what they gave look like if it was the last bit on the pan I asked for more and they charged me for it when I open my second sandwich it was still the regular chicken and I told them and the lady at the window said she don’t know what I’m talking about that the only chicken we have I just got my food and left I’ll for sure be there tomorrow for a refund really disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

Prices outrageous. 2 drumsticks and thigh was so small I could have put them in my front shirt pocket with Cole slaw and a biscuit with drink was 13.89. Asked about getting another biscuit and they were 1 for $1.98.
