Had to wait fifteen minutes for my two 3/4 piece tender combo. They conveniently left off the 4 extra biscuits I paid for.

Typical slow service for this location. We stopped by here on 6/10/2023 to pick up dinner. There were very few people inside yet we still had to wait over 15 minutes for our order. However my biggest concern was why an employee had their 2 young children (estimate around ages 4 and 9) there while they were working who were running around restaurant, behind the counter and into kitchen area at will. Not safe for them nor for the patrons.

Let’s face it when you go to KFC and get mashed potatoes and gravy. You want to get gravy, not brown water. The people are always nice, but the food (for the price we pay) is subpar.

I ordered a two piece with 2 drumsticks. Get home and they gave me 1 drumstick and 1 thigh. They even repeated the order back to me. My wife was extremely displeased. Not only that but the chicken was discolored and appeared to be undercooked. We will not be back to this KFC.

If I could give them a zero I would I had a to go order that I order through there app at around 4:45pm on 7/22/23 and it has taken more than a hour for it to be completed when it was supposed to be done and ready to go at 5:05 no compassion for the super long wait at all and there drink machine was messed up to didn’t have half of the drinks we order had to ask to make them as well since it wasn’t being done and I was very thirsty worst experience I’ve ever had here

Nice recovery, KFC waiter! Ordered a Chicken Pot Pie and the wait was over twenty minutes. Extra chicken legs satisfied the hungry people waiting. Hot chicken and potatoe wedges were steaming!
