I ordered my food and was ask to pull up even though there was no one behind me. So I pulled up, and waited… 10 minutes later an employee came out looked at my car and went back inside. I was told I didn’t pull up in the right space. But no space was marked. All the time, I was the ONLY customer. If they would have just let me wait BY THE drive through window there would’ve been no confusion. And when I received my order, it was wrong. BUT the chicken was fresh and very tasty

The service terrible. The overall look of the fast food restaurant looks terrible. Now getting to the food. The food is bad. So the chicken is supposed to have a golden crispy outside and the look that ive gotten is not that, its looks brown over cooked. They do not change the oil cause ive never gotten or seen anyone that i know get that golden crisp you find in KFC fried chicken….look at that popcorn chicken. I asked for it made to order and if thats made to order than that oil old. Last time going to this place cause thats no way to serve food

This place is NASTY!!! I went to get something to eat and walked in the restaurant. The bathrooms look like they haven’t been cleaned in almost a month and restaurant needs serious deep clean. I walked out without ordering. I will not order from a place that dirty.

I came down recently to visit family, picked up a bucket of chicken for my Mamaw…. Wow. This was the absolute worst chicken I’ve ever eaten. It was burnt, dripping with grease and cold. It was obvious they haven’t changed the oil in a while, the flavor was terrible. I ordered mixed (original and crispy) but it was all the same. I can’t believe they even sold this to me. I don’t typically leave bad reviews for anything but this was just awful. Do better y’all. I don’t have words for how awful that chicken was.

It’s just wasn’t the KFC I love. The oil needed to be changed. The chicken didn’t taste good at all. Although the crew was great I had to greet the GM he just stood there and looked at me. The store was sticky and unclean. The tables need deep cleaning, the lamps had dust buildup. Floors were sticky. Booths had buildup. That fact that I drove an hour to eat there because we no longer have one in our town upsets me. Coming from a former GM. The experience was not a total bust but cleaniness and food quality needs work.

Worst KFC ever. We had to eat with a knife they had no forks or spoons. Their card machine was down. No kids for drinks at all. My 4 year old had to eat mashed potatoes w a knife and cut her mouth. No original chicken available. Horrible service all the way around.

Placed mobile order at 3:25 to pick up at 4:45. Got there at 4:43. Told manager I had mobile order and she didn’t speak to me again. I sat there for 15 min waiting for them to complete my order. At 5:02, the manager brought my order to the counter. Did not apologize for the wait or even offer me a drink or anything. I took my order and when home. I should have inspected it at the restaurant. The chicken was overcooked and semi dry. The corn was dry and chewy (I ended up feeding to the chickens, who thoroughly enjoyed it). The biscuits were good, which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1.

Worst chicken ever, greasy, taste like burned grease. The sides were great but the chicken was so bad my dog wouldn’t eat it. This place has went downhill since it was opened. Hate to say it but I will never eat there again.

The food doesn’t taste good. The establishment is filthy. Before you even walk in the door is completely covered in smears and fingerprints. The floors are slippery and nasty. The drink foundation has been leaky for weeks now.. they have towels and cardboard on the floor to cover it up. They need to fix this place. Also they are out of stuff often. Today I didn’t even receive everything I ordered. I won’t be coming back anymore.
