OMG!!! We randomly decided to go to KFC Sunday evening around 6ish to eat. The drive thru had a couple of cars. We went inside and when the female finally turned around she looked outside and she turned back around and said something to the male worker, she then walked over to the counter and looked at us I don’t think she even asked could she take our order. I said I would like to order a 2 piece white. She told us they were out of white meat chicken. I asked how long it would be because we were willing to wait for them to cook it… She said they were not cooking any because it was frozen. We walked out Never go back! Oh yes & their air conditioner was broken. The employees didn’t want to be there!!! Never again!!!

Basically was told to go to back of line to reset their drive-thru timer. When I refused to move til order was taken they threatened to call the cops while yelling for me to move. My only reason for moving on was because of the guy waiting behind me ask nicely for me to move.

Kfc in Ruston is horrible, the air is out and them employees are sweating, I don’t see how they allowing this to go on , and why it’s not shut down because of the air , it’s always some with the location , it should be shut down for good , i understand why they are bein rude , it’s hot in their!
