I’m not trying to be to harsh or negative …. But it looks like the building closed down and nobody told the staff …. The workers were friendly and attentive but this place needs a serious facelift. I also don’t understand the concept of an order pickup that you can’t get through the drive thru …. Kinda defeats the purpose of quick and easy if I have to park, get my kid out of his seat, go in, grab my food off some warmer in the corner then tote it and my son back to the car ….. My sandwich was awesome, my wife’s pot pie was perfect, but our bucket of chicken looked like something from a scary movie. It was mushy, undercooked, and the skin was all hanging off!

After my bad experience at the new Popeyes, I decided to try KFC. The service was good, and they had my order really quick. So much better than the new Popeyes!

The lady that took my order was rude, no good consumer services, rolling her eyes ,mess our order and never ask what kind of chicken we wanted ,never greeted us and said Thank you just look at us and when we got our chicken finally gave the bag and walk away..its always the south side of Monroe where the workers always have a attitude not all but most of them ..so sad

Terrible experience I will not be returning to this location. The lady that took my order in the drive thru was very rude. She took my payment, gave me my drink without a straw and told me to pull up. I pulled up and realized I didn’t have a straw so whenever she brought my food out I asked her for a straw she walks off and says you need to come inside to get a straw. Now why would I have to come inside to get a straw when I came through the drive thru??? If she wasn’t trying to rush me out the window after receiving my payment then she probably would’ve remembered to give me my straw. I eventually got my straw but not without a nasty attitude and profanity being used against me like it was my fault but yeah like I said I will not be returning.

I placed an order online but at a wrong pick-up time. The manager and staff went out of their way to work me in and ready my order quickly. Thankfully I didn’t have to wait long, I was feeding some Ouachita Parish Firemen.

I placed my order paid and was told to pull up that chicken is going to be 15 min wait. 45 min later I had to go into the restaurant to find out they forgot about me waiting. I was given my food and refunded. They need a better system to keep up with who is waiting in the parking lot so this doesn’t happen again. The manager was very apologetic. So definitely still recommend.
