Had an awful experience the other night. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Sounds like they spend more time playing outside and smoking than doing actual work. Lots of giggles as I was attempting to place my order. Got my food which I paid $12 for the big box which was supposed to come with 2 thighs and 1 leg and when I opened it there was only a measly 3 legs which were as small as chicken drummets. Honked my horn while still at the window multiple times and no one came to check on me. Went around and told them what they did wrong after waiting 5 minutes for them to come on the speaker and they reluctantly gave me to the 2 thighs. All of my food was cold and disgusting including the chicken, fries, and Mac and cheese. The customer service really put a damper on my night as it was just totally horrible. I do not recommend this place at all and I do hope the employees get some type of repercussions. I have worked in fast food and I would never treat someone that way, not even on my worst days. Customer service may not always be the best job but it is common professional practice to be respectful to everyone which they obviously do not care for! Would give 0 stars if I could, I was very angry.

Worst customer service I’ve probably ever seen at any Kentucky Fried Chicken. I’m from New Orleans and I’ve actually never seen customer service at a Kentucky this bad. Can’t believe this location is still open. I never see anyone there and now I see why. I live close but will drive to Ambassador Caffery if I ever crave it again. We are great fans of the Chicken Pot Pies, and that was purpose of this stop. Only thing is that this was third time the pies had to be cooked, and had to wait 20 minutes. Once I got two rather than wait for a third. Once I could not wait. And I waited Sunday.
