On May 12, 2023, I went inside at this location and bought for my lunch a 2 piece original chicken combo and also an order of the new nuggets being advertised on tv. My food was fresh, good and hot – The nuggets were crispy and taste very good. The employees were also courteous and professional- I will return to this location when again craving KFC.

I hadn’t been to a KFC in years but suddenly had a yen for it. It looked like a ghost town and I thought it might be closed… I should have taken that hint and gone to Popeyes. I got a two-piece dinner and the chicken was so sopping wet with grease that the coating was disintegrated, the biscuit was hard and inedible, and the “mashed potatoes” were so watery you could see through them. It was so gross I threw it all away and I didn’t even feed it to my dogs. Sure wish I could get that 10 bucks back.

Robert Miles should be fired. He is a manger that attacks women verbally when things don’t go his way. I ordered chicken that was not ready when I got there and was told there was no more. When I asked to have more made he jumped in and began yelling and hitting the counter top telling me to get a refund from corporate. When he saw I was not backing down he storms off while saying “girl please”. The other 2 employees there did their best to get me my order. This is not the first time I had issues with Robert and I also witnessed him cussing at an employee before about a paycheck. He has no customer service skills and should not be a representation of KFC.

Literally walked in around 8PM and it’s literally like a haunted house movie scene. Nobody inside except for two staff working the kitchen, the front cashier, as a server, and the drive thru. Understaffed. Place kinda musty too. They told us to go to the drive through instead even though we walked there. Idk why they can’t take people in the front smh. I guess Popeyes is a lot better than this place.

I hadn’t been to a KFC in years, and I was excited to order from their new menu! However, the employees seemed less than excited to have me and my family in the drive-thru asking about some of the menu items. At one point, there was such a delay in the response when I asked a question that I almost drove off. It was just before 9:00 p.m. and the restaurant closes at 10:00 p.m. There appeared to be no other customers at the time, and my sister and I ordered meal combos and pulled into a parking spot to eat. Then my grown niece decided to go inside and order a meal. She said the employees were mopping the floor and seemed unhappy that she went in. The food was delicious, but I would probably not stop here again.

I ordered through Doordash and KFC canceled my order. Two dashers went to pick up my order and they said they did not have any orders from me (which is a lie, Doordarsh confirmed the receipt of the order). They simply decided to not take my order. I had to call twice to KFC and when I finally got someone on the phone the man who answered simply said he couldn’t help me to get any order or give me a refund because they were actually closed. I ordered 45minutes before they close and 5 minutes before they closed they canceled my order. Definitely will never recommend this place. Is the worst KFC ever. With all the bad reviews I have read and now mine, I definitely recommend to close this store or change the staff since are very unprofessional.

I gave it a 2 star because the chicken was good but very greasy. I had to repeat my order 3x’s and it’s wrong. No utilities,straws, sauce, and my kid got coke a cola instead of sprite so she had nothing to drink. I just moved to Chalmette and now I know why their drive through is always dead. Remember when they even had wet napkins, is that even still a thing?

My food was way past its window time. The chicken was very dry to the point it was unable to be eaten. The biscuit was hard as a rock, let alone the did not add the butter pack. It was hard like a hockey puck. I was not able to hear the gentleman speak through the drive through speaker due to he was just lazy and mumbled. Someone else had to step in to ask the questions. Then I got my drink, a Pepsi that was room temperature with NO ice.
