Worst restaurant in the US. I get better service at gas stations. Today I went through their drive thru and sat there for 10 minutes before anyone said anything through the speaker. 3 cars pulled up behind me during this time. So I pull up to the window because I thought maybe they’re closed today. No…the woman at the window tells me that they’re only seeing one customer at a time and she can’t take orders at the window, basically saying I’ll have to go to the back of the line since I couldn’t wait another 10 minutes. I don’t see how this place is still open. Honestly, I hate KFC. I have not eaten it in years and I only go every time my wife wants something from this place. Every single time I’ve been here in the last ten years has been an awful experience. I hope it gets shut down one day.

I sat in drive thru for 7 minutes trying to order. I spoke my order 3 times and nobody acknowledged me. I was sitting literally 12 inches from the srive thru speaker. Frustrated, I finally pulled forward to the window. The female employee with pink braids opened the window and I asked if there was something wrong with the speaker. After explaining the situation, the employee said nothing was wrong with the speaker and them said that I probably wasn’t close enough to the speaker. So instead of providing good customer service, and apologizing, she put the blame on me. If I had been any closer, my outside mirror would have hit the speaker. I said forget it, I’ll spend my money elsewhere!

Went to get 8 piece for $10.Old chicken,no legs, and the smallest pieces of chicken I’ve ever seen. Customer service wouldnt answer and the location took their phone off the hook.I don’t usually eat KFC anymore and that’s the last time. Fareway has better chicken,and of course Popeyes is way better!!!

Called KFC/LJS to find the in store & drive up hours. We were told drive up open until 10PM. We arrived at drive thru and were told LJS closes at 8PM, and KFC is open until 10PM. We settled for KFC. We ordered 2 meals, received only one spork. Employee forgot our drink, realized when we got home. Asked for 2 lemon cakes, they rang up and received only one. The food itself was subpar just like our experience.
