I get it as a Manger your gonna have your employees back. I stood at the register for 2 minutes, I was looked at but I guess I didn’t fit the criteria for being served (not going of the deep end) so I walked out. I give the manager props for trying to get me back in but no(which i did call). My money is good in all other lower 47 so I’ll get food another way

Waited 27 minutes for food, cold as hell inside store at 60 degrees it’s middle of winter, customers had to eat with coats in store was so cold, employee at front counter sticks hands i. pants, pulls them up gloves and and the. sticks his hands right back in the food. Manager couldn’t even put gloves on. So explain to me store manager how my food is safe to eat when your employees can’t manage to wear gloves properly or at all! Second time in this KFC and i’ll pass the word around about the employees be negligent with proper food handling, that is disgusting!! I also am making a call to corporate as a manager in the food industry i would have reprimanded my employees for this behavior. I won’t waste my time or money driving to this location again. don’t eat here!!

Substantial improvement here at this location the food is actually fast and I don’t know the lady’s name who took my order but she is amazing. She is so sweet and friendly she is the reason I have returned, and the food actually has flavor again and isn’t Burt like it was when I moved here in July 5 stars highly recommended.
