I had to wait for fresh fries, but at least they didn’t give me bad fries, which is very respectable. Fresh hot spicy Nashville Hot tenders, mashed taters, biscuits, fries ALL DELICIOUS. Top it off with an ice cold Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning and I’m in a really good place. The employees here do the right thing and they are nice and communicative.

Great people, doing a tough job, with minimal help from the money makers way above their positions. Could be cleaner and faster. But that would require the ownership to do their job better. Why hiring people would take money right off their bottom line. Then the training, cleaning, and service would be better.

Wish I would have read reviews first!! Absolutely horrible. Only one car in parking lot besides 3 employees cars. And I was the only one in drive through. Drive in lady was old and snippy. Ordered two simple meals but wasn’t asked about sides or drinks just said “is that all” When I asked about sides and drinks she was impatient and rude..didn’t get any sauce for chicken tender meal, no honey for rolls and my three pieces were original instead of extra crispy. Ordered a drink with lite ice and got a cup full of ice. I could understand all these small mistakes if they were busy but literally we were their ONLY customers!!!Frustrated and didn’t go back to correct the order because I didn’t want to deal with the grouchy lady at drive through again. Would not recommend!

The chicken sandwich chicken and the chicken in the bowl, were clearly reheated, hard, burnt, and tasteless and had to be thrown away. Our order was missing items as well and we had to go back around the drive through to get them.

Lobby door locked at 855 pm today. Called to ask why and all Amber did was deny it was locked and kept saying it was 903. I even banged on door at 856 and they seen me so it shouldn’t have been no surprise who was calling. Amber likes to act dumb and deny any wrongdoing. Let alone say sorry. It’s sad managers just argue with people these days or try. In my day (I’m 38 years old) we would’ve been fired for arguing with customers and denying any wrongdoing when a legitimate complaint called in. Amber needs back on the line. Not a management position. She will only try to provoke someone let alone solve an issue. Needs addressed.
