I did an online order and after I got home, 30 minutes away, I didn’t get everything and they wouldn’t give me a refund.

Ordered online gave me a time for there and had to wait 45 min. This is unbelievable. Why fill out customer information if they don’t plan on using it to give us a courtesy call to let us know that it’s going to be late after a long day at work. This is not okay…. customer service sucks very disorganized and got home and the order was wrong!!!! Paid 60 something and got half out order tried calling and nobody picks up omg wth

Came at 8pm on Friday night. Told at drive through they were out of potatoes and that they actually closed at 8pm. Poor customer service shown by employees who clearly would rather clock out than make their company money and do their jobs that the company pays them to do.
