Ordered $70 worth of chicken and sides. Forgot a side and all 8 biscuits when they went to get them I opened the chicken and found a soggy mess. Ask when it was made they told me an hour ago. Said theyd get me more, rudely I might add, and gave me the same damn bucket of chicken with one fresh piece on top. Disgusting.

I don’t usually complain about service unless it is really bad. We ordered the new wraps and a Mac bowl. There were only about 3 other vehicles there. We waited for about 20-25 minutes only for them to come out and say that they were out of fries. The wait time was not that bad but to wait and then to be told now they’re out. That is pretty ridiculous.

My first time in this KFC located in Manhattan Kansas. I Love KFC and this one was as good as all of the other locations I’ve been to in Kansas, Colorado and Washington state. Yummy . I had chicken and strips and for the price it fed three people and I still have leftovers. The people working were absolutely amazing. It felt like I was at home. The store was clean. Bathrooms were clean. Very friendly place to eat either on the run or for a sit down meal!

The tall lady manager left the front counter unattended we waited 5 minutes then yelled all 4 of us took turns yelling but no one came so my brother walked back there and grabbed 2 lids we needed for our famous bowl because for some reason they both weren’t served with one and he grabbed a bag but she got very hostile with us as we waited approximately 6 minutes until she came to the front and we told on ourselves and she said that she was the only one who spoke English which is fine but yaw are understaffed and need at least more then 1 person working who speaks English

waited at drive thru for 5 minutes with no one answering me even reversed and pulled forward to see if i was messing up the sensor nope. i went inside to order thinking it was their order matching and THEN they serve the car that was in drive thru behind me. so then i wait about another 3 minutes while two employees are sitting talking in the lobby and there is ONE employee in the kitchen doing things. then waited about 10 minutes for my food.
