I’ve been here twice. I’ve ordered the 3 piece big box with fries and mac n cheese both times. The first time they gave me fries and coleslaw. Just went again and they gave me mac n cheese and coleslaw. Added a star cause the lady who took my order was nice.

I asked the lady for the 8 piece family dinner. She gave me the number 8 combo. The manager left for the evening, so, she couldn’t figure out how to change my order and for me to pay the difference. Some Random guy parks his car right of entrance blocking the handicap ramp. He walks right behind the counter scarring the cashier as she’s trying to take a customers order she gives him the attention as the is just standing there waiting to complete their order. Then he just casually walks to the back doing who knows what just to walk to the counter to grab cups filling 4 of them before just leaving like nothing happened. About 30 minutes later they finally get a manager on thei the phone to help with my order. When I got home the order was completely wrong.

Gotta love a Kentucky Fried Chicken/Taco Bell. But this one in Gardner is awful. The last 3 times we’ve gone over the last 2 months they were either not open (6:30p.) Or had a sign posted at the drive thru ” limited items available on the menu no evening cook” or Nother saying “No chicken”

Restaurant was clean. Service was slow. I was hoping for fresh food since it took so time, but that wasn’t the case. Food tasted like it’s been sitting there awhile. Next time I’m craving fried chicken, this is probably not my first pick.

Prices listed on their website don’t match what the store offers. “We don’t offer that anymore.” Chicken picked up at 4pm tasted like it’d been prepared at lunch. It was dry and cold. This store wasn’t of the quality usually available at a KFC.

The Colonel would not be happy with this restaurant. It needs some maintenance and TLC. The staff did not greet us. In fact we stood at the register for a bit before we were ever acknowledged. There is a giant bucket with lights out. The front doors were locked. You have to walk around to the side to enter. The floor was dirty. Come on KFC. You can do better than this.
