Horrible experience. Got home with only part of my order and the wrong receipt in the bag. Food was old and gross. Had to throw it all away. Took the receipt and my bank app showing actual amount I spent (nearly $50) and showed the manager and he basically told me to get lost. I’m in contact with corporate. These KFC restaurants have really declined in recent months!

Do not go to this KFC. I have been there 4-5 times just due to having a KFC craving while living on this half of down and 4/5 times they were out of something that would be a staple on their menu (crispy chicken, chicken sandwich, etc.). The most recent trip, me and another person parked to go inside, both with incorrect/missing items, and the lobby is locked despite saying it’s open. If you try and call this location their phone is permanently busy.

Really! The food was awful! It was quite obvious that the chicken was re-fried coalslaw was warm and the biscuits were so hard you couldn’t crack them open they just crumbled! Worse place ever!

Chicken was so small. I have had chicken wings with more meat than these legs & thighs had. These pieces had been sitting for quite a while as had the Mac & cheese. The biscuit was so hard, that I thought that I was going to break a tooth. Soaking the biscuit in the juice from the coleslaw didn’t help much. We probably won’t be coming back to this location in the future.

Be warned. Dine in is closed. App took my order but doors were locked and even though doors say will open for mobile orders I had to eat my food in the cold on a curb. Food was great (until it went cold in 5 min) but I wouldn’t recommend due to lack of transparency or concern

Chicken leg was an inch long. Two bites of chicken. Breast was half done. Thigh was size of leg with very little chicken. Should have checked it while sitting at the window. Was not worth the cost.
