Food was tasty as usual. But the employees don’t pay attemtion to any orders. This was my second time pick up order from this place but both time they messed up with my order. I ordered KFC dip and Bar-b-que sauce but got ranch sauce. They put my order in the pick up spot but didn’t put 2 items within the packet. I was waiting within the store for more than 5 minutes but no one was there to attend customer within the store. All of the time they put on a headset and you couldn’t understand whether thay are talking to you or other. Terrible service.

I went on Sunday August 27th at 2:00-3:00pm and the place seemed very busy. I ordered a kids meal for myself with a fruit punch and although the wait was a little long I did manage to get to the window. The man at the window was very kind and seemed very busy, his card reader didn’t work and instead of making me come inside or giving me trouble about it he gave me free food and told me to have a nice day. I really like him and wish him the best health and luck and wanted to thank him for the yummy food. He even gave me a large cup for my drink.

Worst experience ever. Ordered online went to pick up at time it said it would be ready. Get there and they tell me it’s gonna be 30 more minutes as they are out of chicken. The rest of my food sat on the counter while I waited for the chicken so I asked them to remake that food and the manager ripped my bag open and hatefully re made the other good. Get home and the sides were wrong. I don’t recommend getting food from here. Worst customer service ever!

Sometimes i crave a big ole greasy piece of deep fried chicken, so i get in mh car and go- the side of the building by drive thru has gum and god knows what splatters! Once i get my order, the smell in my car changes rapidly to a un natural chemical fumes- then when i try and chew it it seems like its made out of a synthetic organic rubbery compond, other than that – taste great, will be back…

9pm they have no chicken or sides. Not the first time but before was earlier time. Heading to Popeyes for real chicken. KFC never again. KFC in Columbia MO. is a joke. Probably really rat meat

As a first time customer by this particular location it was a very unpleasant experience. Our 12 piece bucket order was filled with skinless chicken pieces. The original recipe crust was found at the bottom of the bucket of chicken. The mashed potatoes with gravy arrived with no gravy. 4 of the 6 buscuits was substituted with cookies in which wasn’t by request and of course I should also mention that 2 2 buscuits we did received was a bit hard the hard and dry side. And finally on a lighter note i will say however that the cole slaw was the bomb as usual! Too bad the bill wasn’t compensated for after my phone call to this store to explain the situation.

I routinely visited the nifong location not for the chicken (I prefer my own) but for the coleslaw. I’ve tried 3-4 times to make my own for sanwiches but never comes out as good tasting. However since their closing the location off stadium is my new slaw hook up. Same great taste, fast and friendly service, ample parking including handicapped and clean lobby now that it’s open again.
