I ordered through the mobile app and my order said it would be done by 5:36. I showed up at 5:45 and they hadn’t started my order. I waited for my order and when I got home they gave me 3 chicken sandwiches with NO CHICKEN ON THEM (just a bun with pickles on it). How is it even possible to put 3 buns in packages with no chicken and not notice? I called, apparently they can’t refund “it’s a third party.” I had to drive 10 miles back to town and they offered me an extra chicken sandwich. I’ve never met a bigger bunch of morons.

Went thru Drivethru on 5/11/23 at Carthage MO location. Had a coupon for bucket chicken meal and was paying with credit card and cashier wanted pin number put in but I’ve had it for a couple years and I’ve never used a pin with it and they wouldn’t let it bypass it like every other place does if needed. Since when do fast food drive-thrus need our pin number?? Anyway had to cancel order, they kept my coupon which is fine because I will NEVER be going back there again. Very confused and disappointed and too angry to even eat supper tonight.

They shut the lobby down 30 minutes early and no one could get there food. Our to go order was scheduled to be ready at 6;30 and got the food 45 minutes later.

Getting close to closing and they were able to fill out order we had to use half grilled chicken and half fried chicken food was great. Wish we had a kfc closer

When’s here for our father and daughter lunch date. The food was okay, tasted good was done. . I just wish they would open their dining room. It’s been closed since COVID began and it’s long past time for it to be open. The reasoning is that they don’t have enough people. That is possible. But unfortunate.

Horrible price per serving just to be left with a shorted order. This has happened twice in the last month. Had to drive around and wait in the parking lot this time to be shorted and get no utensils. Last time we discovered they shorted us and ran back in before leaving. If you’re looking to eat on a budget go to an actual diner. This place is ridiculous the chicken strips aren’t much bigger than nuggets, the Mac and cheese taste like what I’d assume wet cardboard tastes like, the fries will be soggy and don’t expect to get your biscuits while paying $15.00 for a happy meal sized portion.

Horrible place to have food. I wish to have Popeye chivken in town instead of this KFC. It has been bad food serve here. They forgot my cookies with meal a lot if time. Their chicken is burned outside but inside did jot cook properly. Sometime no spoon for mash potato. Today, we arrived a little earlier around 10.52am, than their open time at 11. They kicked us out from the drive through area because it is ruining their time…what???? You are still closed. How can we ruin your time? You lost us for ever. Bad food.. bad service..
