I went through the drive thru and ordered my families food and was told to go park around the side and they would bring it out to me. I waited for about 15 minutes and then told my family i was going to go in and see what was going on. Got in there and told the employees i was waiting for my food and they asked what i had and the guy who worked the drive thru said i think i gave your food to someone else. Smh i waited another 10 minutes for them to make the stuff again. I never even saw the guy bring out the food to anyone because i was the only one waiting. Poor service. I would of gave them a zero but i thought a one was generous.

If you go anytime after 7pm, they will be limited on chicken. After 9 and they wont have anything. Most of the time its not really the case of running out of chicken, its that they don’t want to cook more. Sometimes they close early, and other times they tell you they’re cash only. I called their bluff once and said i had cash, and then they told me it had to be exact change.

I have been to this location multiple times and have always had fast friendly service. Tonight was the worst service and the longest wait. After waiting almost an hour for my food (and not double checking before I left), I got home to find they did not get my order even close. The manager completely ignored 2 patrons standing in the restaurant wanting to place orders, at least 4 others that went thru the drive thru demanded money back and were ignored for close to 20 minutes before the manager finally decided to assist them. All this being said, I will not go back again.

Terrible all the way around food, service, all of it! 30 minutes for tenders, I know it doesn’t take 30 minutes in those pressure fryers for some chicken tenders. Multiple people just standing around doing nothing, lobby locked up at 8pm. KFC is now added to the no go list. (It had to be take-out because the lobby was closed early just like the last time we ate here.)

I just came there there a few minutes ago. I ordered a Famous bowl meal and 2 chicken littles. The famous bowl had old chicken in it and the “gravy” was dark and didn’t taste right. I had to spit it out. The 2 “chicken little sandwiches” were two pieces of chicken wrapped in tortillas. On top of all that it took them a while to prepare order as i sat there at the window.

We come to this KFC alot. Never had a day like today. That place is falling apart, we ordered, got home, completely wrong order, went back to get it fixed then we got fried chicken without any chicken. Jus crust.
