I ordered lunch here. Found out the dine-in was closed (apparently as is everything on Jungermann all of a sudden). That wasn’t a big deal, whatever, so I went thru the drive-thru.

Worst KFC that I have ever been to. Had incidents multiple times and unfortunately I try them every few months because its close by and sounded good. Just did an online order and when I went to pick it up they told me that they just sold their last potpie, so I asked the manager if I can cancel or substitute it and she blantley told me if we dont have it we cant do nothing about it. You just have to call the number on the app. Not even a sorry we cant do that its policy or anything just didnt have any care whats so ever.. guess its my fault for trying them out again but they either need better management or just shut that place down since they always had horrible service in a great area

My kids were excited to try KFC for the first time. We stood at the counter for a while waiting to be helped, after watching the employees argue about who wants to take my order I was greeted with a big sigh by the manager who decided to take my order. My child ordered the kids’ meal, but once receiving our order it was missing the sides and drinks. Simply put they didn’t forget they just didn’t bother to tell us they were out but were happy to charge us anyway. The food wasn’t even edible and we ended up throwing it in the trash. When we got our drinks it at the fountain the trash bin smelled like something died in it. Horrible experience this place should really be shut down.

Had to say my order 3 times, due to employees laughing every time I ordered. They also had a major attitude problem with poor customer service. After finally ordering my food, which took FOREVER, I waited for my food to be done, and better yet just pay… Nobody came up to the window for about 10 minutes. I finally just left and took off. (Mind you it was about 9pm and I was the only vehicle in the drive-thru. Disrespectful, and lazy workers! I live right down the street, so I guess I will go to Popeyes. Also reading the reviews previous to mine, I should have known better. Nothing but 1 stars. Place should be shut down.

I’ve tried this location over 5 times and every time they have had no chicken, employees seem under staffed, and they have always had a 30+ minute wait for the simplest order. Never ever got the food because the wait was always atrocious

Drive through, if there was a zero star rating I would have chose that, this is the worst KFC. Ordered 12 piece which includes two sides and biscuits. . Get home, chicken was burnt, and I mean beyond eatable. No biscuits. When I called to complain young women was very rude and said I don’t have to talk to you and hung up on me!!!! Definitely lost my business, never again Made a complaint to corporate office and still haven’t received any phone call

I believe the location I went to was extremely understaffed. I order some sides and biscuits via the drive thru. When I pulled up to the intercom the person in the other end said “ya”. I started to place my order. I don’t think he heard me, because he then said “hello”. I spoke my order again and then he said “pull up to the window”. He didn’t give me a total or confirm my order. The gentleman at the window was incredibly rude, abrupt and cursing. He was yelling while prepping my order. Stating if he didn’t come in this place would have been closed tonight and why did he come in?

Ordered 2ea 3 pc meals with coleslaw and mash potatoes.. checked again before leaving if that was a correct sides and got home it was French fries and mashed potatoes!! Went back to get the correct sides the associates was very unfriendly and rude and said we don’t have Cole slaw , I asked why they did not say that when order was placed .. very rude answer !! They need training to deal with customer service.. I been going to this location for years but I will change and find another location

I ordered dinner through the drive thru. The staff was very short and rude. I was asked if all dark meat for the 12 PC meal was okay. I said no, I’d wait for the white meat it came with. Paid and and pulled ahead. Waited for 15 min or so. Food came out I went home only to find I got ONLY DARK MEAT! I waited for nothing and didn’t get what I orded! I submitted a complaint from the receipt and have yet to hear anything back. This was 2 days ago.

Pretty much the same experience as every other person that wrote a review. Rude drive thru attendant, zero patients. Didn’t have what I wanted and then it took 35mins for food. And it was horrible. And I’ve had pretty much the same experience everytime I’ve been there. It’s disappointing, only thing they have going for them is that the Popeyes across the street isn’t much better. I do not like leaving bad reviews. Would much rather give the stars and spread positivity
