I ordered a three piece original big box meal. They informed me they had no water so I could not get a drink. No substitute offered that was OK with me. Very nice manager. Paid my $13.41. Got home and opened the box and found out it is a two piece original meal. Extremely disappointed and will not go back to this Kentucky fried chicken.

Absolutely horrible experience. Chicken strips were TINY and disgusting. Sides were not even full. Manager proceeded to explain to me that food costs are high right now and that she wants all the food back due to them just getting “raises.” I won’t be returning to KFC.

KFC in Fenton, MO. I went in this store on May 3, 2023. I ordered my food online at 12:01 PM and told me if you’re ready for quick pick up at 12:16 PM when I got in the store there was no one at the register along with another lady that was complaining about her food in the drive-through. They gave her her money back and her food for messing up her order and there’s another guy waiting to order the one manager help that girl, but didn’t bother to ask me or the other guy if we needed help with anything so after I stood there for another 10 minutes until I finally asked for someone else helping and finally a woman came up there and helped us, well helped him and I told her that I was waiting to get my order through quick pick up and she waited on six other people and they all got their food before I got my food at 12:42 and when they handed me my food didn’t tell me sorry or anything just handed me my food and turn around and walk off. I mean they could’ve said I’m sorry or anything I’m very understanding because I’ve worked for the food business myself but to not even acknowledge that I’ve been standing there watching employees going back-and-forth to the bathroom and no one speaking to me at all. That’s crazy. I would not recommend this store at all and I hate that because I love KFC. I just wish someone would acknowledge what I went through the other day. I’m just floored with the running of that store. And I know that I’m not the only person that this has happened to or has had a bad experience there because the customers were complaining when I walked in the door about the service upfront but I ordered my food online and didn’t know about it until I walked in. Please do better.

Dinning room is usually well maintained. Counter staff friendly. Kitchen at times seems more focused on the drive thru, than counter service. But we do visit 2-3 a month so, service (and price) is consistant enough to keep us comming back.

AUG 7TH 6:45 PM fire the whole shift. We sat in line for 5 mins to never hear anyone say anything until she says ill be right with you. The prior guy was screaming hello to get them to answer. They didn’t have anyone in line prior to him.

The chicken was very greasy… And pink… When I informed the manager and showed her all the grease in the plate she said… I can’t replace it now you ate the meal… Then I showed her the chicken after I was brave enough to take some bites that I reserved for yes… MY DOGS.. She then offered 3 free cakes… Now I have diarrhea.. This is the second time this has happened to me… I wasn’t going to make a big deal over it until it happened again..

This is chicken, not brain surgery. How hard is it to get a chicken meal order correct? Apparently at this location it is impossible. You would think that they could get the two side dishes correct that I ordered but not so . I would have expected at 5 in the evening that the chicken was fresh as they were getting ready for the dinner rush. The chicken was cold, tasted like it was fried days ago, and the biscuits were as hard as rocks. What a waste of $30 for an eight-piece meal.

Did an online pick up order to get there and be told they out of all kinds of chicken plus fries ect. Ask how to get my money back and she says same way you ordered it. As we pulled up you could see employees sitting on the counter also while trying to communicate over the intercom they had their screaming crying baby in the back ground with them at work. Was very unprofessional experience and I won’t be back! This is not my first time dealing with this same location multiple times!
