Thee worst KFC I’ve ever been to in my life manager was awful we waited in line for 40 mins with 3 cars in front of us ordered 8pcs meal xtra crispy when we got to window waited 10 mins then was told take original or nothing no sorry we r out or anything we just got r money back and went to culvers. Place is filthy people working not professional at all owners should b ashamed taking $$$ from people for what u recieve just terrible. Hopefully they r not warned and fired especially the lady manager. We will NEVER b back. Was so bad atleast 3 cars just got out of line and left they were the smart one’s. Hopefully someone sees this and makes alot of changes

They were out of breast meat, potatoes were watered down, and corn was dried out and old. No biscuits. I was charged full price for this mess. Just nasty. The service was prompt.The staff was very nice and apologetic. Food was not good.

Oh mah gosh!! I was greeted right off the bat from a very friendly woman (Tasha the manager) she was helpful, friendly, and just a joy to be around. When she talked to the other employees she was courteous and nice. It was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely be back!!

Chicken is horrible now this place is trash. You gamble with your money if you eat here. One of if not the worst KFCs in illinois should be shut down. Drive through lady was nice though.

If I could not give a star I wouldn’t. I came closer to close understanding that they may be out of some stuff but hoping to at least get decent service. We pulled to the window to not even be acknowledged and having to pull to the window. At the window were told they’re out of everything bit original chicken. No sides. No dessert. Not even the crispy chicken, just original. I can guarantee this is a kfc I’ll never come back too.

I stopped going to this location a few years ago after consistently getting poor service. I thought with the app, maybe my order would be correct for a change. Unfortunately, I get home and multiple items missing.

The staff was friendly, food was ok but the building is very run down, dirty, and there was no toilet paper in women’s restroom in both stalls. No AC and it was 100 degrees outside. Very pricey. 2 people $40 and Im a vegetarian, so only one chicken dinner.

I don’t know what it is about this place but the people here just don’t seem to care. The service is painfully slow or nonexistent. Ask for plates and utensils and they’ll ignore the request. The ordering screen for the drive through is dark and nearly impossible to read at night. Overall, this place is just not good.
