Food is good but service they hire kids who want to text and play around not do their job so your usually waiting a few minutes to get your food once you get it it won’t be right so you spend another few minutes getting it right. If you are rude customer some managers will spit in your food. Atmosphere, there are tons of roaches and ants where food is prepared the health dept came to charleston store because of it a couple months ago. EAT AT UR OWN RISK

If I could review and not leave stars I would. Had such a bad experience here. Ordered three two piece piece dinners was told we couldn’t customize our order and was over charged. Was asked what side we wanted and was told it came with mash/gravy. Called store to get our order corrected and wouldn’t even answer the phone they wasn’t even busy. Over all the crappiest customer service ever and would not recommend to anyone.

Pulled up waited 4 to 5 minutes had to speak for the employee to realize I was at the drive through after that and 30 dollars later we get our food. Employee wouldn’t make eye contact was just staring at the road for some reason, didn’t get any sauce we asked for or silverware rediculous experience

This used to be a great place to eat. I went here lastnight for dinner 11/2/21 and ordered a 3 piece white meat meal for $12.91 and this is what I got 2 extra small pieces and a chicken breast that was bloody on the inside with a smashed biscuit! But what really made me mad is when I went back to KFC to discuss this with the workers they seen me coming inside and chuckled and said “ha ha ha he’s back” so that told me right there it was intentional when a talk to some grease ball manager by the name of Bobby he was trying to argue with me about the chicken and had a smirk on his face. He replaced my chicken but not the biscuit after throwing it away after I said where’s my biscuit He told me I didn’t complain about the biscuit just the chicken commonsense would tell you why the chicken will contaminate a biscuit this place has gone downhill by far!!!!

The girl who took my order at drive thru was very rude. I would order an item and she’d say is that all. I would keep ordering and every time she just said is that all. The young man who took my money was very friendly. The girl who took my order gave me my card back and practically threw my order at me. She wadded up my receipt and threw it down. Didn’t even look up to me. She didn’t say a word.
