The manager was very nice. I was able to substitute biscuits and mash potatoes for something else. The chicken pieces were fresh, hot and crunchy. Other places gives me old, chewy fries but here…I get fresh fries. I was very happy with the service I got at this location

The cashier was very polite. She had to run the whole front end and cook too. There was only 2 workers. The other one was running the drive up and cooking too. Had to wait about 20 minutes since the cash register froze and she had to restart everything. She was composed and handled it with patients . Would suggest to have a few more workers though.

Asked if the cFirst no greeting when we walked up to the counter. Then we asked if the chicken was fresh we were told the just took it out of the fryer. Chicken was old fries were extremely salty; really all of it was salty. I paid $20 for food we could not eat. It is sad that you pay for food and then can’t eat it.

I went through the drive-thru for lunch. First..the cashier is a teenager. So..I don’t think she understands that a greeting is everything. To a paying customer. Second..the young Man that brought my food out to my car. Because I had to wait. He was outstanding! A very sweet young Man. Third..the chicken strips don’t taste the same anymore. If I come back. I’ll order something else.

They gave me the wrong side. I asked for fries and got mashed potatoes. Also, my chicken tenders were rubbery and very firm. My fried chicken was extremely greasy and soggy. Also the food just doesn’t really taste good. Idk what’s going on at this KFC, but stay away.

Food was good, but I went through the drive thru, there was only 1 person ahead of me in line and they had us both pull around to wait by the front door and even though I had specifically asked for butter and honey for my biscuit there wasn’t any in the bag and neither was there plastic wear or any napkins

I had a really bad impression about this place. The people were ignorant to its customer. I had to call them to open the drive through, although they saw us waiting outside for our mobile order. The food was only okay. I don’t think I will be going to that place again.

It was lunchtime and I thought some good ole KFC would hit the spot. I haven’t been there in awhile. I must have gotten the “value meal” version. The drumstick was about the same size a wing drummy, the thigh was about the size of a whole wing and the biscuit was just a little bit bigger than a silver dollar. I am also not sure what the brown lump in the mashed potatoes was but I didn’t eat them needless to say. Quality is seriously lacking!
