I don’t know why I keep giving this place chances. Absolutely the worst KFC in the area. Tonight I went through the drive though, pulled up and was immediately greeted with “Welcome to KFC, I’ll be right with you.” OK, cool. Fast forward 10-15 minutes, nobody ever came back to take my order. I drove off and went to Culvers, (who was absolutely SLAMMED by the way and did just fine.) I’ve been in slow drive thrus before, but I’ve NEVER had to drive off without placing my order. Pathetic. Never again.

Ordered on the app. 45 mins later, I am still waiting. Restaurant is not at all busy. The only customer inside is also waiting on an online order. Staff were unfriendly. They looked like they would rather be doing anything else. I won’t be back. I would give 0 stars if I could. Another customer tried to order and was told that there were only wings available. I paid $72 to be given fast food that took forever and never heard as much as an apology.

Issues with every order. Tonight was the wrong chicken despite receipt showing correct order. They always are apologizetic but this is a tough fix when delivered. Bag was sealed, so not on the driver.

They were out of buns for chicken sandwiches, French fries, applesauce, Dr. Pepper, rootbeer, and lemonade. Gave my mom mashed potatoes and gravy instead of her coleslaw and didn’t put my daughters honey mustard in her nugget meal. Lazy employees, as if any were actually working and honestly doesn’t look that clean to have next to no business… Maybe they should hire new management or just close the place entirely… It’s a garbage dump.

I was the only car in the drive thru and we still had to wait for 10+mins to get our chicken strips meal. When we got home with it. The chicken tasted terrible half of it was small. We are a family of 4 and it was not a good experience. This isn’t the first time we had a problem with our food from here either. This was definitely our last time.

Me and my fiancé went here on July 18th 2023,for his lunch break/lunch date we proceeded to order our food and sat down to wait. Not only did 4 other people get their food before us but after waiting 30 minutes for our food a lady came and proceeded to tell us that the chicken hadn’t even been dropped yet leaving us with another 17 minute wait, be aware that my fiancé has a hour lunch so we asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t do it cash but only card which will take a few days, never in my life have I had bad experience from any KFC till today, me and my fiancé both agreed that this KFC in specific will be off the list… it’s ridiculous and we should’ve been told as we ordered before we ever paid

Absolutely the worst KFC in the area. Portion size of sides was pathetic. We had three tablespoons of gravy for a large order. 1.5 cups of mashed potatoes, Mac n cheese was burnt. The chicken was burnt. We tossed it in the garbage. I also called and spoke to the manager on duty. I asked for a gm or district person. After I explained what was wrong she told me to stop being nasty and rude. I told her I was just answering her questions and asked again for a contact number. Then she told me to never return to HER store. Yep, I have no problem with that. I am curious what your corporate rep will have to say.
