Our order was not up to par. The item we order was not available so we were substituted with out that being known. We returned and they did replace our food with what they had comparable to our order and gave us free cake. That was not need as we just wanted the chicken but a nice gesture nonetheless.

The best KFC! We take a ride of 30 minutes to reach this kfc since day one we found intersting the way they work, you order your food and they prepare everything at the moment, nothing is cold, the chicken juice, the sandwiches made at the moment, the fries so crunchy and hot, everything is to die for, and the service, they go the extra mile, you sit patiently and the workers go and gave you the food to the table. Went inside to order. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes and was ignored. The place was rotten smelling and was glad nobody waited on me. I went to Sterling and got my food there. Maybe it’s time to close Dixon permanently.

Ariel, you rock! Great service and food, like they actually care! I don’t get it. The 11th street kfc is owned by the same people yet service is HORRIBLE! FOOD IS HORRIBLE! PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE! I really think you should send the dixon crew to rockford and show them how to operate a restaurant before these workers, including the manager, run the business into the ground!

We ordered the new cheetos chicken sandwich, (we were surprised at how good it was) we had the 2 piece chicken meal, chicken strip meal, the potpie meal and the cinnabon biscuits. It took a pretty long time to get our food which is why i gave the 4 stars instead of 5. The food was good and the girl behind the counter was very kind and helpful. The store was clean and welcoming.

My family ordered an 8 piece meal from here tonight and received what looked like food grabbed straight out of the trash. On top of that, the order took so long that we had to pull out of the drive through and wait inside. Absolute disgrace. Horrible service, horrible food. It went back to the trash where it belongs. Avoid at all costs.

Was missing the mashed potatoes from a 60 dollar order …called to say when i got home that they were not in the bags …the woman asked if id dropped them in the parking lot or something …i was given 2 bags both made it home upright and intact …when i said as much i was HARRANGUED about disrespect and how DARE i question her …i hung up after a few minutes of this …WAS going to drive the 40 minutes BACK to the store to get the potatoes …but god only KNOWS what will be in them …so never doin kfc again
