Ill never go back again, I tried this location for the first time today. My spicy bowl was filled with a pool of grease and only 5 tiny pieces of chicken, my son’s 3 piece tenders were dry and shriveled up. For almost $20 this sucks!!

If there was half a star I would use it. This is my 3rd time going to drive thru and they always have I’m sorry it’s a 45 min wait we don’t have enough for a 12 so I go what about a 8. Then the reply is we don’t have any. It was only 4:30 and how is there no chicken left.

We were moving things in the house and decided to go get take out for Dinner. About 9:20 pm Went through the drive thru to get a fill up, 8 pieces and three sides, spent $26. Finally got around to sitting down to eat and to my dismay the chicken Was horrible, it was old and dried out just horrible. The store was closed so I immediately did an online complaint. After 3 days I heard from no one, went in today with a receipt and pictures, and was told I should have called the next day. The ONLY thing we can do is replace the 8 pc and two sides, really!!!! No apology, and the order came with three sides not two. Soooo because I (the unsatisfied customer) did not call the next I loose a side? Wow they showed me, bad business!

Went for lunch and the person taking my order had a hard time hearing me even though it was quiet and i told her 2 time i wanted macaroni, and she insisted on mash potatos so i told he no gravy and she put extra gravy, not to mention my drum stick and thigh are just as big as the wings, i also orderd wings but the sauce is only on the top of them and doesn’t cover the wings would not recommend them

Food was good and fresh, greeted with an enthusiastic smile. My son and I stopped in right before 11am, early in their day. The two back booths weren’t cleaned at all. I was left wondering if it were from the night before since it was so early in the day and they weren’t busy. I would go back again, as it seems they’re trying to improve…not perfect yet, but good.
