The chicken was exceptionally good. Always satisfied with their food. The young man that took my order was very polite & he gathered all the items to my order in a timely manner. He had a smile on his face which I found welcoming. Definitely would go back & definitely recommend this location. I found that regardless of how big my order was I was still out of the store in less than 10 minutes. Keep up the good work & Thank you for the great service.

Very Bad Rude Service7/29/2023. 16pc meal Ruben charge me and then he tells me About 12min wait For biscuits. He said he will give me 1 large side instead. I was kinda in a Rush 8:48pm. So i did. Got home we start eating and they only gave me 12pc I call and he tells me to hold on He asked them And he told me He doesn’t know Why they did That. I Told him my point of view. Now i gata waist 30 more min. to get some chicken Because there wasn’t enough for my family gathering. He tells me oh ill just give you a large side. I tell him I dont want Free Food I want what i payed For.I asked him for a refund He later tells me he Cant Help me and hangs the phone. I drive back and Ruben Manager Goes out to drive thru walking call me a Bit** Drama going on He disrespect me …and also A customer(guy) behind calls me a Bit** gets up to my face. the employees were laughing. I never in any circumstances Offend any employee Worst Customer Service Horrible Manager. Seems like they where on Drugs Check cameras from 7/29/2023@ 9:20pm

I order a 3 piece meal white meat got home had all dark meat Call the store to let them know I will be returning to get the correct order got to the KFC . We got the mashed potato bowl, popcorn chicken and a chicken sandwich. Waited 30 minutes for our order and they forgot the cookie for the mashed potato bowl and the sauce for the popcorn chicken. Opened the Chicken Sandwich and it is absolutely smothered in Mayo. Can’t believe they really thought this was okay to send out.

-1/10. chicken was rubbery looked like they fried a rat. Fries were cold after i said i wanted my meal fresh. no sauce on the tenders whatsoever. very disgusting. long line. do not go here or you will be just as disappointed as me. i would go back and complain but the line too long. didn’t even eat my food i threw it all away. y’all need it to get it together . i should’ve took that long not moving line as a sign and should’ve left like the other cars . at this point close the buisness down
