Extremely impressed! The restaurant opened promptly at 10:30. Bathroom was clean. Was able to order meal and received it in a timely manner. Cashier Stephanie had a refreshing attitude and smile. She ensured that I received my meal promptly, as I had appointments to attend. I believe fast food should be provided in a timely manner. This parking lot should be full. It’s hard to find good customer service!

Most unprofessional management I arrived in drive thru and was told “we ain’t got nothing we bout to close” while laughing with staff turning away paying customers. The standard is VERY LOW their HIGHLY SUGGEST NEW MANAGEMENT TAKE CONTROL as a franchise this is a disgrace….

I last went to the Orland KFC a few years ago but recently had my son pick up some food here a couple of weeks ago since it’s close to home and he had a sheet of coupons deals. The Chicken was as bad as I remembered, so dark brown and dry. Why so dark? I felt like it was sitting in a warmer all day. Sides were ok but the mashed potatoes looked a little translucent for some reason. The only thing that was good were the biscuits. Never again at this Location. I went to the OakForest location today and the food and service was leaps and bounds better.

Have been here for 1 hour. Was told it would be 15 minutes. After I got the order it was incomplete. It has been 15 minutes since then for fries and nuggets. The rest of the food is going to be cold for sure. And I dont understand how previous reviews rate this place clean.

Finally got home and the manager forgot give me gravy for the mashed potatoes. I drove 30 minutes back to get the gravy and the manager had a very bad attitude because she forgot to give me gravy and did not want to ring me up for another French fry (because my original ones are now cold). She did not want to ring up another fry and rudely told me I had to move out the line to wait for gravy. I explained to her I did not like her attitude and how she was talking to me and that it was inconvenient for me to reach home then have to come back out because of her mistake and now I am being treated poorly and she told me she is giving me the gravy because I was inconvenienced. I then explained to her the gravy is not to make up for the inconvenience because it should’ve been in the bag because it’s apart of the order and she slammed the window in my face.
