I had a bad experience turn into a great one with this location! I had an issue earlier with an Uber Eats order. The driver grabbed and brought me the completely wrong order. I contacted the restaurant immediately and told them my issue with the driver. My original order was still sitting in the window, but they told me they’d remake the entire order for me fresh! Great customer service, management and friendly staff. I will definitely be back!

Last week my order was wrong and I didn’t get the mashed potatoes I craved. This week @7:30pm there’s NO CHICKEN!? At a place call Kentucky Fried CHICKEN! But they had plenty TACO HELL as it is a duel restaurant. I have a feeling if you’re into that you’ll have issue’s as well. Go get a bird across the street at Jewel like I did, it’s better chicken without the hassle.

Just waited in line for the drive through just to be laughed at when I ordered 10 pieces of chicken. Manager said they were out of chicken and had none to cook, this was before 7pm. So is it now just Taco Bell since they don’t carry enough chicken to actually cook?

I eat here often and I can say I’m rarely disappointed by the service. Kind, respectful, and if the food is a bit late, they’re apologetic and sometimes throw an extra side in depending on how long the wait is. The people who work there are often understaffed and put their best foot forward. If I’m being honest, it’s the customers who are often aggressive and rude to the staff. If you’re one of these people, the customer isn’t always right.
