Was craving fried Chicken so I ordered the original chicken sandwich no pickles. They actually remembered not to put pickles on the sandwich which was a plus, definitely needed a little bit more Mayo but it did have the classic KFC taste and the chicken was cooked really well. Didn’t realize how good KFC fries are.

They had no customers, went to walk inside but they had the doors closed and locked before 8pm. Okay that’s fine, we went through the drive thru and stated we had a coupon (that we literally just received) and very ignorantly she said we don’t have that tonight. These workers always seem to hate their job. Specially the female workers. Always have an attitude and act as if we are bothering them. Do NOT recommend this KFC!

DO NOT PLACE A MOBILE ORDER. at this location it takes longer to place a mobile order than it is to go through the drive through. Then if you’re upset about waiting the rude manager will yell at you like this is your fault. Do better. All these employees on the night of march 29th should be fired. Service and quality of food were EXTREMELY low. Almost ghetto.

At about 9:20pm on Friday September 30th an employee told me “not to come back” for apparently no reason except her own subjective issues. She told me i should have not pulled up to the window, but i parked at the speaker and nobody came to ask me my order or anything for a bit of time so therefore i pulled up to the window. I grab my order when she puts it out the drivethru window and tells me “not to come back”. Seems like this person needs to have a stern talking to, super unprofessional and ridiculous. Ive been a customer of this kfc for over 15 years, as my family has too. So i guess the company is fine with employees telling long time customers to “not come back” for apparently no reason besides that the employee is having a bad day (or life) and is taking it out on random customers. Someone (*cough cough* owner/corporate) teach this woman how to treat people in customer service bc this aint it.
