Oh no! Used to be a great KFC. Now it’s dirty tables and floors, messy fountain drink area and an extremely slow service. No regard for customers time. The only person on line gets to wait to order while staff is entertained with something else. Will avoid in the future. Someone should probably tell them not to leave step ladders in the middle of the dining area.

They charged me $21.27 for only 8 chicken strips no sides. I feel like I just got scammed. When I complained to the employee she didn’t even care or do anything. I will never go back they don’t even deserve 1 star. Also, corporate customer service doesn’t seem to care either because they can’t even pick up a call.

I ordered a two piece meal with chicken breast and wing with mashed potatoes and gravy and a biscuit. The biscuit was OK. The mashed potatoes and gravy were excellent. The chicken was awful. It was so dry that I couldn’t even eat it. I left it on the table by the garbage can just so the people could see how terrible it was what a waste of time and money. I used to come to this restaurant all the time when I lived close by. I’m sorry to say I will never purchase anything from Kentucky fried chicken ever again, sorry and disappointed.

Breading was raw on all items. Just flour with spices not cooked.. Had the NEW Double down sandwich and was almost no breading but just chicken. The wrap was the same way. For a new sandwich not good way to come out. We went to look at reviews for Schaumburg restaurant and most are horrible reviews. Even one person said why isn’t it shut down. We aggre. Stay away just awful and we threw out.

This isn’t a knock on this restaurant, but what kfc is overall. These popcorn chicken literally have no chicken in them…95+% breading. Even the larger pieces are just…breading. Now, not only did I waste my money on this trash meal, I still need food. It’s a chore on top of trash.

Got the totally wrong order. Ordered wht meat, mashed potatoes. Got dark meat with Mac and cheese. Tried to call Got recording, “leave a mess” place should be shut down. Half hour to drive back waste of gas, never go back

There was plenty of workers behind but no one said a peep…spoke a few times and still no service…I could hear giggling…there was only one patron eating on the inside and no cars in the drive thru…seems to be bunch of $hit heads working…eat elsewhere at least on sundays
