Went thru drive thru. Ordered 8 pc family meal with mashed potatoes/gravy & cole slaw. Associate tried to give me “just a Pepsi, right?”. No, told him order. Ran around, finally gave me a bag. Got home…chicken, cole slaw, and TWO orders of corn. I drove 15 minutes there, 15 minutes home. Have tried REPEATEDLY to call, yesterday & today…they do not answer the phone.

They made me drive around bc I wanted to add 1 order of fries to my order so I drove around reordered and had me wait In the drive thru line for 10 minutes for 1 order of fries! Worst service with absolutely ZERO work ethic those ppl working there would not last working like that anywhere else! Great job KFC

I come here every so often, but about 4 months ago stopped because the food had become almost inedible. Recently came back and was pleased to find the whole place remodelled. The whole place is very clean, including the bathroom. As a male, I can assure you the men’s (or as they say, gent’s) bathroom is very clean and almost everything is hands free. The food is WAY better now and just as good as a few years ago, maybe even better. New staff is friendly and helpful, definitely gonna come back here more often! Also, try the popcorn chicken, you won’t regret it.

We brought 10 piece original fried chicken in basket. We ordered online and went for pick up. We got only three good pieces. The rest pieces were small pieces. Less than half the size and tiny ones also. This is the second instance. We came back home and checked and called to the store. The lady transferred the phone to another lady. She was very rude in her talk. She told me that they can sell the chicken only as per the stock that comes to them.

Apparently this KFC closes at 11pm ” EVERY NIGHT!” according to the taco bell employee at 12am. So if you were thinking the KFC is open, think again, the hours are apparently separate from the taco bell it’s conjoined with and you have to go to the storefront to know what the hours are. The woman running the drive through seems to get this question a lot and was annoyed.

Dine-in finally opened! Love the $5 fill up box, K-1. I was hungry & so glad I didn’t have to eat in the car, everything was great. The restaurant was clean until I tried to get a refill of my Mango Brisk Tea, the 1st time I drank it was amazing. Then the second time around it tasted watered down, I told the cashier & waited about 10 minutes & tried to run it thru but it still came out watered down & clear. The manger saw me having difficulty but didn’t offer help or a solution. At the end, I got tired of wating for them to change or fix it, I had to leave with another drink.

This is a KFC and Taco Bell combined. The KFC meals are okay. The chicken pieces are getting smaller, but I guess that is not the restaurant’s fault. They can only cook what they received. The tacos though are minimally filled. There is such little filling in them that it is more outside wrap than inside filling. Very expensive for what you get.

Went in to pick up large pre ordered meal; waited at counter a good 5 + mins with NO ONE acknowledging any customers waiting at the counter. There was a male worker, in sight, putting ckn in and out of warmers but didn’t acknowledge customers. I was on a time line for lunch delivery to a business. No one offered a wheeled cart or to help bring order to vehicle. LOT NOT PLOWED OR SALTED WELL.
