Great chicken, tasty sides and delicious chocolate cake. Service was slow but not the workers fault. They are short staffed. Plenty of Handicap and regular parking. Careful pulling out of the parking lot, Lewis is a very busy street.

Food is good but the wait is really frustrating when you have yo waits for almost 1 hr to get your pick up order, not the employees fall but management they have 1 cook 1 cashier (prepping and bringing orders to counter, while more people waiting to place their orders) 1 person prepping the sandwiches bowls etc on a Sunday this is totally unacceptable, I order through the app and got the message to pick up my order at a certain time I waited for 40 minutes inside restaurant passed the time I was told

We catered it for work it came cold. They forgot the 40 biscuits it was supposed to come with. Would not answer their phone To take a call so I had to drive 20 minutes 1 way to have them correct it and give us a credit. The gravy and coleslaw juice spilled all over everything. We asked for plates and silverware at least we got no napkins no silverware and no plates.

Not sure why they thought I didn’t need any ice in my flat Pepsi, or why they would give me Pepsi instead of Sierra Mist (like they repeated back to me twice) but ok. Let’s not mention my 3 popcorn chickens in my bowl and the nasty corn. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
