The worst KFC in the world. Extremely poor management. No manager on site. The whole place runs by children.. last visit has to wait for an hour and a half to get an online order…..always run out of something. Today had to wait to 45 more minutes to get my order then got back home found out they didn’t have all the food that we paid for . Tried to make several phones calls but no one pick up the phone so had to drive back to get the food that they didn’t put in our bag. When I get there they refused to give me the food that i paid for? They said leave the name and the phone number and the manager will call me tomorrow??? My whole family waiting to have dinner and now we don’t have enough food to feed everyone??because they refused to fix the mistake they made…so i had to drive to Albertson’s buy their cold fried chicken to feed my family…I should be getting my food I paid for it….this place needs to be shut down for an employee training ASAP! I don’t mind waiting long for food. Everyone is understaffed right now but when you made a mistake you need to fix it for the customer. Why do we have to suffer for your mistakes!

I’ve had an order be completely ignored because they shut the fryers off early before. This KFC is performing as effectively as it can be with NO Help. Yet, the drive through is busy throughout the day. They do a really good job. They need some Help to make things more efficient.

Upset number 1: Recently went through drive thru and placed order, got to window and was told there wasn’t enough chicken for our order (for only 2 people) and was asked if we would wait in the parking lot by the door and our order would be bought out to us. Well, we did so after being told it would take about 12 minutes. This was after already being in the drive thru for 15 minutes. We parked and waited for a 30 minutes and nothing happened. Drove up to drive thru window and was told our order was “bumped”. Placed a new order and finally got our chicken, but it wasn’t what we paid for. Upset number 2: Next visit at the drive thru was a wait for about 20 minutes and couldn’t get the type of coating we wanted on the chicken. Upset number 3: The next visit, we had a coupon still good for a month that we received as part of the sheet of coupons everyone receives in the mail, and they had no idea what the coupon was. Again, waiting in line for about 10 minutes, they said o.k. and do our order. Well, it was for wings and thighs (dark meat) and we wanted crispy. Was told no crispy and we had to get original. Fine. We just wanted some KFC chicken. Got to the window and was told they were out of dark meat chicken. Really? Was told we could come back next day. Right. Well, we went elsewhere after a total of about 32 minutes of an ordeal. All of these visits were well before closing and there is no excuse for never being able to have a choice of skin/coating on the chicken and not having the kind or type of meat we wanted, being it dark or white, breast or thigh. Also, if I say I want a “drumstick or two”, teach these kids what a drumstick is, please. Yes, it is a leg, o.k.?!

SUPER clean. Fast service. Great workers. Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond. Free tampons in the women’s room was a added touch that showed the work the management has put in.

We were there just at 7:00 and went to dine in. We were told that they couldn’t take our order because the employees needed a break but we could go through the drive-thru. They close at 8. .. we took our business elsewhere.

Food is ok, service is terrible found 2 hairs in my lemonade shake and they don’t put the lids on all the way. Plus they never let you finish ordering before saying your total and telling you to pull up

Terrible service! 3 people working drive through and one new person working walk in. 30 plus minutes for me to get 3 meals and at least 6 cars were thru the drive through in that time! Very disappointing.

A new employee rang in an incorrect item for my order. When I received it and politely pointed it out, her Manager showed her the button-error, but then encouraged me to just eat what I was given rather than serving me what I actually wanted. Apparently, it would be difficult to document what happened, and she didn’t want to bother. Disappointed in the leader, not the new employee.

Didn’t even get my food, got off work in Missoula stopped in at the KFC in my way home drive through sign Said open but when I pulled up it was closed.

Just had lunch there , people are nice but the food was so bad, had bone in chicken, it was horrible and my husband had the new nuggets, said they tasted ok but so small!
