After forgetting to grab our drinks at the drive thru, we came back in asking for them (along with a KFC we didn’t realize we didn’t receive) and were greeted with no one working the counter. It felt like we were waiting like 5 – 10 minutes but also there was no one in the line. The lady in front of us said she was waiting forever and we didn’t get someone to help us until we hollered that we hadn’t been served. When the lady at the window was informed she said it was our fault! We still received our drinks but we had to wait and ask again until we got out jfc bowl. Overall this place is mediocre and very unprofessional. Have not heard good things from others.

30 minute drive thru experience. 2 sandwiches and a cheese curd took 30 minutes. Was told by a cashier, “so sorry. Your next meal is on us.” But provided no slip of proof. Also, they forgot the bbq sauce on the two BBQ sandwiches. At least the cheese curds were fresh.

Were out of tenders and chicken filets. Wanted either of those not “chicken” which is what they had. Had to get a burger instead. Wow over 17 dollars for 2 burgers. Wrote this while waiting for my order so SLOW SERVICE. Ok got to hotel, 4 min away burgers and fries are cold, one drink order was wrong. Don’t go here its a mistake. Lots of better places to choose from in town. Too bad you can’t give negative stars. Maybe health dept needs to stop by, or at least make sure management is working. No napkins or condiments offered either.

ordered some chicken mashed potatoes and the chicken was so salty we couldn’t eat it then when they re-did the order they put a lot of salt and paper packets in the bag looked like the was trying to be funny we come to this location a lot but won’t be dealing with them anymore

I watched the lady grab my nuggets without gloves and then drop one on the floor. She picked it up and put it in the box! She also grabbed my fries without gloves. Absolutely disgusting and they lost my business

I like the food but the service is awful. We’ve been sitting here for for 20 minutes waiting for our food and the girl gave us the wrong drinks. They are so slow. As you can see in the pictures they aren’t busy.

Sorry for the bad review but you need to do a better job. Our biscuits were super hard. Chicken wasn’t cooked all the way thru. And also you need to change your grease. Funny taste to the chicken that was cooked. Bad grease.
