We stopped here one night on our way home. The lady working the drive-thru was nice. The food was extremely disappointing and I do not recommend it. My husband’s chicken was not even cooked thoroughly, the kids chicken was the tiniest pieces I’ve ever seen, and mine was so burnt I couldn’t even chew into it. Also the mashed potatoes and gravy was pretty much gravy with no potatoes. And the biscuits I thought we’re going to be the only good part until we tore them in half and you could taste the flower and doughiness of about being cooked thoroughly.

I don’t think that it was cool to serve me chicken that has been on the Counter waiting for biscuits for about 15 minutes or so.I went through the drive through And was told biscuits was not ready so I decided to wait the 12 to 15 Minutes So they set my other Food items on the counter to the side after some time went by I went to the lobby to get my food And notice the same bag sitting there. My chicken was cold and skin was soggy and I had to warm it up in the oven as hot as it is I work hard for my money and would appreciate a hot meal from an expensive fast food place which is worth it but chicken isn’t cheap and with all the sickness going on It’s getting scary and food should be served at temperature at all times. I’ve worked fast food before For many years And I know this was a food safety concern I’ve never had a problem here before now but keep up all the good stuff and stay aware of temperatures and what you serve.

The most disgusting place to eat in Billings. Ordered two personal meals and a kids meal a couple of extra sides without any drinks, and it cost $42.02. There weren’t two bites taken of anything we ordered. The chicken tasted like it had been sitting on the counter uncovered for days, the biscuits tasted like pure flour, the Mac and cheese my kids wouldn’t touch, and they love Mac and cheese. We threw everything in the trash and went to bed hungry. Never eating here again. The service in the drive-through was really good.

Although their service at the counter was quick and they got her order The food presentation could have been a little bit better. They forgot to ask if we wanted honey or butter. I gather the customers the one who has to ask for it. Otherwise it’s Kentucky fried Chicken but more can you say.

When I got there I was greeted by a rude employee that acted like she couldn’t care less that I was there. I ordered a 3 piece chicken meal with mash potatoes and Mac and cheese and when I got home I only got the Mac and cheese and the three chicken. Over all experience was not good

I ordered my 8 piece meal of legs and thighs at 9:15pm when door dash arrives at 9:25 they informed me that they didn’t have any fried chicken only stripes I said ok when I got my food everything was cold except the coleslaw which was warm the chicken stripes the sent me was as hard as a brick all the way through I would have been better off if I called the sale barn and asked them to send me a order of cowshit the place is supposed to be open till 10pm that means you have food available till 10pm

i used to work here, and its really gone down hill since. they hire unprofessional teenagers that dont like working and dont care for the restaurant or food. ever since half the staff quit or left for better jobs… i can see this place closing soon enough.
