Valencia is phenomenal and super sweet. She made sure our orders were correct. She called frequent customers by name and shared a fun tidbit w them. And the place is super clean. I’m hard pressed to find anything dirty. The food was a bit salty but it’s KFC. The A&W onion rings are awesome! Real onion inside. And the fries are crispy.

About the slowest place anywhere in town. Placed an online order and was informed to pick it up 20 minutes later in the quick pickup. A half dozen cars breeze though the drive through and another 6 line up. Lobby door was locked with a sign that said it’s unlocked for online orders, so we called and were told to get in the drive through line. 20 minutes later we finally got our food. Not sure how it takes 40 minutes to get food through a drive through.

I placed a large online order at around noon with the pickup time to be at 7 pm. The order was around 120 dollars. When I picked up my order and got it home, everything was cold. I was shorted quite a few items. When I called the manager she informed me that she could not refund me for the items I did not receive. I went to the store to get the items that were left off. Also, inquired why the food was cold she had informed me that they cooked the order as soon as they got the online information. So I asked what time did they put the chicken on the pickup shelf. She could not tell me and said that as soon as they got the order at around noon they cooked the chicken and placed it on the shelf. Reminder pick up time was to be 7 pm. I told her if they left the chicken out and did not keep it warm that we could not eat the chicken because of food poisoning ( chicken cannot be left out for hours without being refrigerated or left in a warmer). The store manager said that I would have to come back in on Monday to talk to the store owner. Eventually after I stated that I would have to throw the chicken out that they gave me, the manager stated she would replace the chicken with what they had and also give me the remaining items that were left off of the original order. I would not use this business again.

I always try to get their pot pie even early in the afternoon and all I get is “they dont have them” one time they said they are still frozen. There’s no sign that says they are out and still in their menu. I went there today (added photo) and I called cause there was a car blocking the drive thru.. no sign or nothing. I called and and they only said “something is getting worked on” and after I mentioned having a sign they hung up.

Last week when we ate at Taco Bell next to KFC the KFC’s dining room was open. Today we were going to KFC and eat inside, but the dining room wasn’t open. So we went through the drive thru and ordered a 12 piece chicken tenders meal, and when we got home, it was a 12 piece chicken with bones in there. And the price was outrageous 42 bucks for 2 people. I don’t think we are going to eat KFC again. The Cornell would probably roll over in his grave if he’d see the prices on his food. So never again. I’ll put the word out on Facebook and other social media sites never go anymore. We are very unhappy customers.

We came for the A&W side. The root beer floats were lacking in the ice cream department. The ice cream was completely melted by the time we got home – and we only live down the street. There was hardly any ice cream at all.

Food was burn. After calling and told they they had ten min left it took 46 min total to get my food. 34 of those minutes I sat waiting. When I finally got my food, the fries were smashed at the bottom of the bag and the out of the 4 pot pies were on there side and leaked everywhere. Just totally horrible experience.
