Love KFC and am really glad this one is close to home. Very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness especially when there are many employees present and just standing around. Management better step up there game or folks will definitely quit coming. Windows gross, food on floor, trash everywhere. Sad.

Came up here to get a quick dinner for my family of 6. I ordered some chicken wraps on the side they did not put it in the bag. I called being very respectful, they told me to come back & I did. I was disrespected by 2 staff members saying I was lying. Need I remind you I spent 80 dollars. I asked for a refund for the chicken wraps I was ignored I asked for hr number I asked for a manager & asked for the red haired lady’s name and I was ignored. Horrible customer service so unprofessional I would recommend you not come here.

I ordered their chicken nuggets to see if they were like I’d remembered….they were! Fresh hot yummy but because l had not had them in years l also ordered chicken…l.atr the nuggets 1st….then when l went to the chicken it was OLD.i mean it was chicken taste like wood old! I took it back l.went in this time it took them 6 minutes bto even acknowledge me…..smh needless to say l.was not pleased!

Why read my order back if you give me something else? Why tell me you have something at the order kiosk only for me to arrive at the window and then tell me you don’t have it? Why ask me if I want sauces if you’re not going to give them to me? This location is SO hit or miss. However today is was bottom of the barrel service. Who wants a meal with no sides? Or chicken with no sauce? Or tell thier kid they can’t have the drink they asked for and ordered? I’m done giving this location my business. I suggest others follow suit.

Was not all bad. Had a online order. Food tasted just like it should have no complaints on the food. I recommend ordering your food online. They have online deals that you can’t get in person. I strongly recommend the drive thru. You don’t want to dine in in here. They had seating for like 4 people! 2 tables and they were both dirty. The inside if the restaurant is filled with boxes and God knows what else. We’ll staffed and food was fresh. Just not a welcoming environment.

I’ve absolutely had it with this mess. A Famous Bowl is not a famous bowl without popcorn chicken, NOT shreds of chicken tender. This usually delightful menu item is now permanently ruined. They will NEVER COME WITH POPCORN CHICKEN EVER AGAIN. I repeat- will NEVER come with popcorn chicken ever again. So you get hastily cut up bits of chicken strips. Hastily cut bits that are not even vaguely crunchy. It becomes a sad disgusting congealed mess. Absolutely atrocious and what a cheapskate move at that. I will not be coming back until this building again becomes another business because I refuse to pay for something that is of lesser quality just because PepsiCo is too lazy to produce bite size chicken bits. And lazier yet to continue offering menu items that require an item that you don’t have. You can take these ruined chicken stop bits and throw them right in the trash where they belong…
