Ordered 6 tacos for lunch today at drive through. The shells were only about 1/3 full. Should have taken them back, very disappointing for over $12.

Ordered pickup and waited 30 min after order was placed to even get food and was told the order wasn’t in the system. I had the online receipt as well as the charge post on my credit card but was was told there was nothing he could do and get out of the store and a sarcastic “bye bye” and to get out again. No excuses for being treated that way. My mother and i as well as many people as we can tell will never be back there.

Just pulled up to the sketchiest kfC l’ve been at in awhile. Questioned all my life decisions that led me here and why I’ve been taught food like this is ok to put in my body. Ordered anyway. Results were the coldest Mac & cheese and chicken ever. 2 stars since the mt dew was on point.

I normally really like KFC, but this particular location is a bad representation for the chain. The tables were not clean, we paid for a meal that didn’t include everything, the staff wasn’t too professional besides the cashier. They could step the customer service part up just an inch more.

We went through the drive through and ordered a bucket off chicken and was told we don’t have enough for that .we Sat there another 10 minutes so we could maybe order something else and the person would not even talk to us

Frequently fails to get online orders through or correct, and the last time was told it isn’t their problem to fix and was told “I’m done, shu shu shu get out” and waves out of the store without my order or food. Had the order number. Do not recommend going here if customers will be treated this way.

Very disappointed, we paid $72 total for a meal we were looking forward to. I ordered delivery through KFC website, an hour later Door dash (who KFC uses) calls and says they didn’t have what we ordered. As soon as they got the order, KFC should have called us to tell us so that we could make a decision on what we wanted to do. Now it’s 7:15pm and they are starting our order over. We will have waited 2 hours for our food. Plus we’re not even getting what we wanted, We are paying way more than what it’s worth. They said if we wanted to cancel and get our money back, we’d have to call and discuss it with corporate. EXTREMELY disappointed! We ordered a bucket of Fried Chicken, Thighs and wings, and instead we’re getting chicken Tenders …. IT’S NOT THE SAME! We were put in an impossible situation, one where we didnt know if we could get out money back, but have kids at home who will be waiting way longer than necessary to eat dinner. I wish I could leave less than 1 star. UPDATE: They gave us a small box of tenders to make up for a 12 piece Bucket of Chicken. THIS IS NOT OK!!!!!

Everything was a complete disaster. I received the complete wrong order and when I tried to call and complain I find out that the phone is disconnected so you can’t even get a hold of someone to let them know how they blew it. So I tried calling merrill to get a number for a DM since I can’t reach anyone in antigo and both establishments are owned by the same individual. I tried 3 times and the phone just continued to ring until it went to voice-mail. I guess it’s a step up from antigo at least merrill has a working phone.
