It’s really sad what’s become of this KFC, running a good brand into the ground. I’ve had multiple consecutive bad customer service experiences in a row and the last one will keep me away for a while. Placed an online order. When I showed up to pick it up, multiple workers were outside the restaurant chasing each other. They told me from the parking lot it’s drive thru only. I got to the speaker and they said they “only have sides.” That’s right, a Kentucky Fried Chicken without chicken. I asked to cancel my order and they rudely said they couldn’t do anything and I had to call corporate. I did and at least they issued a refund, but this whole situation was a disaster. I ended up at the Oneida St. location in hopes they’d do better … and somehow they did worse. Not sure if it’s the same local owner, but two refunds in one night was unbelievably poor.

Staff was horrible! I’ve never been cussed by a drive thru. On top of that everything we ordered they told us “we aren’t making those today.” 3 employee smoking out in the customer parking lot. Who runs this place!? I will never ever be back to this KFC! Good thing there’s a Popeyes right down the road. I very much hope corporate sees this and makes some changes to this location.

Put in an order on the UberEats app. Waited an entire hour only for them to cancel my order just as my driver arrived to pick up the order. Now I don’t have my food, my bank has an outstanding charge for food that didn’t arrive, and my driver drove all the way across town to receive nothing. You’re better off not ordering at all; the outcome will still be the same.

I went through drive through today to order a 16 meal. They didn’t have any biscuits but gave me an extra side. When I got home I had only 12 pieces of chicken. When I called the store, the manager asked me if I was sure. I’m like yes I counted it twice. She said you can come back. I’m like no I’m home and live on the other side of town. She like I will write your name down and you can come back to get it. I was disappoint because I got mostly dark meat. I don’t like dark meat. I will never go to this location again.

Sad. No air conditioning. It ain’t the workers fault. They get paid nothing an hour to sweat. Biscuits were all dough. Went there to have a last meal before they go bankrupt. Sad to see a company that was so loved go belly up. Cook your own chicken, or get a cheap lemon pepper one at Walmart. 30$ for bad food. It literally and figuratively left a bad taste in my mouth. We’re in a new world now. The good old days are gone. Soon it will be chicken flavored pudding for the masses.

I have tried to go to this location 4 times in the last couple weeks. And each time was a bust. Either they were closed (during prime meal times) or they didn’t have the food I wanted to order. I went through the drive-through yesterday to order a famous bowl. As soon as I pulled up to the microphone, I was told they do not have famous bowls, and and the lady ran down a list of 5 or 6 other items they did not have. I realize food cost and staffing is a challenge for restaurants these days. But, wow. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location.

The person working was extremely rude and kept interrupting us an cutting us off when ordering through drive thru. The price was one thing when ordering and about $20 more expensive when we got to the window. We asked about the discrepancy and the manager started yelling at us. Tell us she was the manager and the price is correct even though it was $20 more than the menu outside and the worker. Manager is extremely hostile and should not be in a management position belittling customers. To top it off they could not provide a receipt. Go figure. Never again. We should have read all the terrible reviews before stopping!

Unfortunately the dining area wasn’t open. However, the drive through was. The young man helping us was very friendly and helpful. The famous bowl never disappoints.

i went through the drive through around 6 and right when i pulled up to the speaker they claimed they didn’t have any chicken and that they “just ran out” i pulled away to see the workers just sitting in their car smoking. absolutely ridiculous.
