This place never has what it advertises. No blackberry lemonade and it’s new. They don’t serve the freezes. Constantly reminding them for senior discount when I don’t have to at the other ones. Just kind of disappointing. Maybe they should just be KFC, take out Taco Bell.

The gentleman helping us was amazing!!!! But the food tasted like it was from the day before and we were there at 5:30pm. Chicken nuggets were so hard couldn’t even eat and they were for our grandsons. The regular chicken was way over done also. Never going to Stoughton KFC again.

Very slow drive thru service. Wanted to try the new chicken nuggets. Were told they were out. Asked how long it would take to make a new batch. Told 5 minutes. As there were 5 cars ahead of us we said okay. No way were the tiny, dry nuggets we got freshly done. We waited 25 minutes in line. Third stop at this KFC, all bad.

I try coming here every few months hoping things will get better…..it doesn’t. They seem way understaffed, lobby has been closed last two times I’ve gone in the afternoon. Food quality is all over the place. And when it’s bad it really really bad.

Police may want to look into this location – are they actually running a legit business or using it for other purposes? Certainly some suspicious behavior in parking lot given was ‘closed and not serving food’ on the busiest restaurant/take out day of the year (Mother’s Day). Placed an order online hours in advance for pickup, received no communication, arrived and were told by single employee that manager was not there and he was told to only clean and not serve food. Inside and outside of location looked filthy, could see broken equipment inside – stay away for sure!

Chronically understaffed. I was trapped in the drive thru with cars ahead an behind me for FORTY FIVE MINUTES. Only one person covering the whole store. Shame on me, it had happened before but I had heard things were better. I will not go back . For the time, price, quality and service I could have gone to any full service dine in restaurant in town and been much happier and not had my anxiety triggered.

Staff smelled of Marijuana at drive up window. Staff couldn’t hardly speak they were so high. Biskets smashed, chicken uncooked and fries cold. WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED WITH THIS PLACE. AVOIDING for ever…. #dane county health department.

Dining room isn’t staffed. Drive thru is usually not staffed. Never any signage. If you’re lucky enough to get a server, they’ll tell you that they’re out of stock on most items and then they’ll get your order wrong.

They act like they don’t want people to eat here. I put in a app order that said it would be ready by 5:15. I get there at 5:16 and they say they just got the order and it would still be 20 to 30 minutes. I said I would wait and they asked if I was sure I want them to “drop” the chicken. Why else would I say I’d wait?. The loby was closed according to a very poorly hand written sign. And I watched 5 cars leave the drive through without an order. Also watched 4 of the employees had a smoke break as the estimated time of my order went from 5:15 to 5:50. The employee on the drive through intercom even sounded annoyed by having to serve food. Not to mention the lady sitting in the parking lot with her 5 children who kept going in and out of the restaurant even though there was a poorly hand written sign on the door that said “drive through” only. Then when we are about to get our order the manager (I think) came to the drive through window and said they can’t always offer the dark meat option we ordered, but they could this time, like it was our fault. Why is there even an option? Wow what a disaster of an experience. Be a KFC or a Taco Bell, not both. You apparently can’t handle being both. Got our food 45 minutes later than told by the app, I can understand 5-10, but when there was no one there but employees I don’t get it.
