Floors are disTables were filthy. Kid working out of uniform. Some girl complaining about being tired and very loud. Got loud with a manager. Touching their face. Took forever to get my food. Food was not hot. And got one of my meals wrong. Worst place ever to go. 25 minutes total wait time. They consider this a chicken breast. Dara had a bad attitude. Never ever again.

Had no mashed potatoes made. I ordered a famous bowl and was looking forward to it just to be told after I ordered there were no mashed potatoes. I ordered a chicken sandwich instead.Tables and floor were dirty example, tables were sat in previous whenever and trash but cleared off and obviously not wiped down, soda pop cup was previously spilled on the floor and not wiped up and no wet floor sign up.

Absolutely terrible. It first started off with my family ordering Mac and Cheese just to find out it was going to be a half hour wait when we got to the window. We ended up canceling that and STILL waited over a half hour for our food. After a half hour, one of the immature boys came up to the window and asked us what we ordered while wearing one of the buckets that they put chicken in on his head. We did not get our simple order until 45 minutes later and it was all wrong. If I was the manager of that store I would be very embarrassed about my staff.

Better than Beloit but far from impressive. Is this the new normal for you @kfc? I’ll start with this. (PAY ATTENTION BELOIT) At least my order was 100% Correct and everything was in stock. Now that that’s out of the way…My food wasn’t good at all. The chicken tenders were a decent temp but the popcorn chicken was room temp and the biscuits were cold. The Mac and cheese was steaming hot but had either sat too long or had been reheated. The top and bottom were old cheese, mustard yellow color. The customer service was better okay. Just okay. When you hand out an order to a customer who’s order you didn’t take idk maybe confirm the order? Don’t just say “here”.

Restaurant is not supposed to close till 10pm. They had clocked the doors at 7pm when we tried to pick up a simple door dash order they rudely told us we needed to wait there was only three people working in the building. There were only three cars in front of us. We were in line waiting for almost 30 minutes. When we finally got up to the window, the manager had told us they were out of something that the door dash customer had wanted. This experience made us cancel our door dash order that we were picking up which will lead them to give a bad review to the door dash driver.

Twice we have come to KFC in the past 2 months and were told they have no chicken. We waited at the drive-thru for 20 minutes for someone to take our order. I am pretty sure only one person was working. When he finally went to take our order, he told us they didn’t have any chicken. We will never go back again. KFC, you have become a dump.

Lobby was closed so went thru drive thru took almost 30 min waiting for food. Got 2 box meals which orders were messed up missing Mac and cheese and biscuit did not get butter or honey we asked for guess it didn’t matter with out biscuits. Got Cole slaw in one box which we did not order we asked for Mac amd cheese. Cole slaw was warm and nasty. Mt dew tasted nasty and warm. I called to let them know and all she was gonna do is give me a single Mac and cheese for my messed up nasty order. Definetly will not go back there. And on top of that the outside looks run down long grass amd broken sign. Kfc has went down hill bad
