Ordered 50 piece meal two days prior to pickup for Mom’s 92nd birthday. Go to pick it up and the general manager said he knew nothing about the order and that “No one tells him anything!” Put the order together in 15 minutes while we all complained how this could have happened as our guests waited for us to deliver the meal (17 people). Got home, opened everything up, and found out we were 17 pieces short of chicken and all of the original coating was super soggy and falling off. Great gift for a 92 year old woman who’s always loved KFC. Not so much anymore!

We went thru drive thru. Lady who took order was very kind and noticed we only got one drink. She asked if I would like a water. I said yes . It was full of ice and was perfect for a day at a nearby park. Thanks. Last 2 experiences at different locations have been horrible. Ran out of chicken last 2 visits elsewhere. We will return to this location again.

This KFC used to be pretty rough, but they have bounced back recently. It’s good to have a quality KFC back in town, I actively want to go there now. I really like the #10 big box personally, but the $5 fillups are great for most situations. I’ve had great/fast service lately, and had a great conversation with one of the employees Devon a few weeks back.

Wow! Either everyone decided for two days in a row that chicken was the best meal… or they were SEVERELY understaffed. The first day I waited in line with ten or so other cars for over a half hour. I finally put my order in through the app, and thought I’d be smart and just go inside to pick it up. Ten minutes later, my order’s ready, and the line still hasn’t moved… Too top it off, the lobby was locked… you couldn’t get in if you tried.

The employee who put this lid on did not look to see if the lid had issues before they put in the bag the gravy was all over the bag of food and my car seat. I always go here with great service but to night was not.
