Everytime we order they forget something. Called the store and was greeted with an attitude. My husband went to retrieve the forgotten items and the manager placed his items upside down in the bag and gave him an attitude. I was not angry when I called so I was not yelling or cussing the manager out but she gave an attitude to me and my husband. They need to learn how to read an order board and how to treat their customers. Never going back.

Horrible food was cold and hard ordered Nashville hot chicken strips got chicken strips that were old and cold two piece meal was cold and order two piece fish and ended up with what’s in the picture two chicken more like one piece and then half breading and it was hard and cold so now our dinner for our whole family for the night! Can’t call to get refunded either phones don’t ring through

If you have a weak stomach I’d advise you not to dine in. The bathroom is filthy, floors were super dirty, windows greasy, one of the workers emptied the dust pan with her hands then wiped them on her pants then proceeded to bag food items. The food was pretty good and for beign short handed employees were kind and efficient.

Who doesn’t love KFC?! The only drawback is they’re so popular, we have to wait up to 20 min to get our food. Our bad for going on Saturday evenings though. Still… worth the wait. It’s always Finger Lickin Good!

Ordered the 10 piece thighs & drumsticks the new coating they use is terrible. I had to remove the skin(favorite) & then eat my chicken. What I thought was a good deal turned out to be NOT.

Stopped in for the new lovers box, definitely way over priced for what it is. The wedge fries were old, chicken nuggets were dry and the sandwich was alright. The drive up attendant was very short, borderline rude. I’m very disappointed and will not return for a long while.

Biscuits were very dry, corn looked as though it had been sitting out all day, found a hair in it as well (my bf an I have black hair, not blonde) manager was rude and would not fix the issues. Was given no honey or butter for Biscuits. Utensils and napkins also were Not given. Very disappointed as this location use to be a good place.
