We were greeted kindly for a weekday lunch. Restaurant was clean and not busy. Even with limited staff our order was out in just a few minutes. I had the spicy chicken sandwich that was delicious. A large piece of chicken made me happy. The price was a bit higher than their competition. A few years ago I would have avoided this KFC however it looks like they have improved quite a bit. Overall very satisfied.

Ordered the 8 piece chicken only,side order of mashed potatoes and gravy, side order of macaroni and cheese and the new chicken nuggets. The breasts were over cooked, the wings were tiny and greasy and the thighs were both raw. The chicken nuggets were tiny dry and tasteless. I’ve never had problems like this at KFC. I’m so disappointed

Phone never gets picked up, and I’m faeiky certain both the app and the website were developed by someone in year 1 of their IT degree. Loterally 0 way to order besides apparently going directly to the store.

Worst service ever! The ‘newbie’ took my order wrong, tried to overcharge for the wrong order, tried to not give me my change ($12), had to call someone else for help, helper had to call manager (who still shorted me 67 cents), then had me pull into parking spot to wait for my food). After waiting 20 minutes, I finally got my food. During my wait, a different worker came out and asked each of the five cars waiting what they had ordered. WTH??? They definitely don’t know the meaning of fast or customer service, how to count, being courteous or polite. My food was lukewarm, fries not warm at all, no ice in my drink. I received two responses from 5 employees… “my bad” and “sorry about that “.
