I got exactly what I ordered. There was a bit of a wait, but i don’t think it was more than 3-5 minutes. They seemed to be dealing with an unruly customer. Despite that they were so very polite and apologetic. I understand times are tough, but seriously fried chicken is absolutely NOTHING to get your panties in a twist over. Y’all have better things to do.

We pulled up to the order screen to place an order for 2. We told them the meal we wanted for the first person and before we could oder for the second passager they already had our total and told us to pull forward. We were unable to get their attention at the screen. I asked to add at the window but was so annoyed at this point we went somewhere else for the other person.

Ordered the 10 piece chicken feast and got all the way home and there was no cookies and a small pouch with only 4 cups of soda and it was supposed to be a half a liter! I called and told them and they said if I came Back down they would give me the difference. I said I didn’t have time and they offered me nothing else! No coupon no name and address for a refund nothing! Wasn’t worth $30 for 10 pieces of chicken/2 mashed potatoes/one coleslaw/4 biscuits/and 8 ounces of soda! Didn’t get what they advertised at all! I live 20 minutes out of town so I wasn’t going to drive all the way back for their mistake! Could’ve at least asked for my address to send me a refund of some sort at least.
