Absolute worst customer service ever we actually drove away without our order beccause the woman was YELLING at us because she couldn’t understand our order. What’s so hard about two five piece chicken tenders? It’s literally on the menu and she wouldn’t give it to us. Corporate needs to train their employees better because honestly this is a terrible reflection on the ENTIRE company and makes us not want to eat there or recommend them to any of our friends or family.

Huge shout out to the staff at this location! After receiving nasty food from the Ankeny location and no answer we called down to this store to see if they could get us in touch with a manager, the employee offered to remake our order and even tossed in a desert!
